TERMS OF SERVICE
1. AGREEMENT
Acceptance of delivery of any product constitutes purchaser’s acceptance of this agreement and subjects purchaser to its contents. Any purchaser of merchandise from AIPUREH2O.com pursuant to this Web Site (Internet) advertisement agrees that any and all claims and controversies regarding the sale of merchandise to said purchaser(s) shall be subject solely to the jurisdiction of the Court of the State of California.
2. COMPATIBLE PARTS
The use of the word “COMPATIBLE” designates that the Reverse Osmosis membrane, filter, housing, or part will work with (fit in place of original OEM part) to the purchased system. This does not intend to indicate that it is a “COMPARABLE” replacement. The use of the word “COMPARABLE” would indicate that a comparison was made to the original OEM item and that item was similar or like the original OEM item in performance and/or specifications. AIPUREH2O.com makes no comparison to the original OEM Reverse Osmosis, filter, housing, or part nor do we make any specific performance claims on any item unless so noted on our web site.

AIPUREH2O, grants permission to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with or through AIPUREH2O.com or using this site as a shopping resource.
5. METHODS OF PAYMENT & PRIVACY
We accept VISA, Discover, MasterCard, Amex, and PayPal. Payments by check, Money Order, or Western Union will be processed once payment has cleared our bank. We do not ship C.O.D.
Privacy Commitment: Our web site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor contact information (email addresses) and financial information (credit card numbers). Contact information is used to send orders and company information; financial information is used for billing. All information received by AIPUREH2O.com is stored offline in a secure data environment. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party.
6. PRODUCT SUITABILITY & WARRANTY
All information presented is based on data believed to be reliable and accurate as obtained from product manufacturers. This information is offered for evaluation and comparison but is not a warranty of any kind.
- Warranties: Seller makes no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning any product, merchantability, or fitness thereof.
- Damages: AIPUREH2O.com shall in no event be responsible for consequential damages of any nature or amount.
- Obligation: Maximum obligation under this warranty is limited to a refund of the purchase price for proven defective products. The purchaser bears sole responsibility for determining product suitability for their contemplated applications.
7. RETURNS POLICY
To initiate a return, you must email customerservice@AIPUREH2O.com to acquire a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Conditions: Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Please keep all original packaging. We only accept returns in the original box with original packaging and the original invoice included.
- Timeframe: Return requests are not accepted after 30 days of receipt.
- Fees: Returns must be unused and in unopened original packaging. Restocking, repair, and replacement fees may apply.
- Cancellations & Refusals: Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping charges. If a purchaser cancels an order after it has shipped, the refused shipment will be subject to the 25% restocking fee plus return shipping.
8. PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If a package appears damaged externally, please refuse the package from the shipper or ensure the delivery slip is noted as “damaged.”
- Notification: You must notify us within 2 days of delivery regarding any damage or problems.
- Internal Damage: Non-visible internal damage must also be reported to the carrier within 2 days of receipt.
9. WRONG PRODUCTS RECEIVED
In the event that you receive a product different than what was ordered, we must be contacted within 2 business days from receipt. If we are at fault and contacted within this window, we will issue an RMA and instructions for return. AIPUREH2O.com will be responsible for shipping charges and you will be shipped the correct product(s).
10. SALES TAX
AIPUREH2O.com is required to collect applicable sales tax on transactions shipped to the State of California. For products shipped outside the State of California, no sales tax is applied.
11. SECURITY
Online orders are processed through a secure connection. Information sent to us is fully encrypted for your protection. We do not provide your personal information to outside organizations or businesses. Your personal information is entirely safe with AIPUREH2O.com.
12. SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Most non-continental US (contiguous 48 states) orders are shipped via USPS. Destination taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping charges are calculated based on carrier rates regarding weight and destination.
